Warranty Acceptance Policy
Note: All orders are guaranteed within the first 24 hours only.
Account Usage:
- We do not guarantee the lifespan of the account, nor do we handle issues caused by incorrect login or prohibited actions.
- Accounts come with a 24-hour quality guarantee for the first login (except for products specifically marked).
- We do not provide guidance on account usage, and any questions related to account usage will not be answered.
Invalid Accounts:
- If an account is invalid, you must provide the order number, complete account information, and a screenshot of the issue. Requests will not be processed if the required information is not fully provided.
- If you purchase an account and then change the password, log out from the device, change the Hotmail password, and delete the Getnada email (if any), please keep this information confidential as it belongs to you. We will not be responsible if you fail to change these details and lose ownership.
We have never supported any account since the creation of our website. If we can prove our return, we will take full responsibility! Possible reasons for account loss include: computer downloader tools, bot networks, seller data leaks, or incorrect product uploads.
Important Facebook Update (As of October 25, 2024):
Facebook currently has a bug that prevents changing the Facebook password immediately. It is also not possible to delete the old email or phone number. Customers must wait 10-25 days (or longer, depending on the account) before they can change their Facebook password. Please consider this carefully before purchasing to avoid disruptions in your workflow!
Warranty Policy:
Within 24 hours from the time of purchase, customers are eligible for a warranty if they encounter the following issues:
- First login failure (Wrong user ID, wrong password, incorrect 2FA code, password retrieval failure, or edit failure).
- Via account blocked due to previous ads.
- Checkpoint does not return to email during the first login.
- Via information does not match the information registered on the website.
- Cloned/Via accounts are only guaranteed if the UID card is invalid at the time of purchase. No warranty is provided for bans due to inactivity or running activities.
- Check carefully before purchase—No refunds or cancellations for customer errors.
Warranty Rejection!!
System mechanism: Refunds will only be credited to the web account, not to personal bank accounts. The warranty for Via and BM accounts is valid for 24 hours from the purchase date.
We DO NOT provide warranties or take responsibility in the following cases:
- The customer did not change the credentials, and the account was recovered by the original owner.
- Checkpoint triggered due to camping, adding cards, logging in, or other activities.
- Ad restrictions occurred due to camping, adding cards, adding BM, or registering BM.
- Personal ad account disabled due to camping or adding cards.
- Using a fake IP address when logging into a foreign website, causing a checkpoint due to an unusual location.
- Account recovered by the original owner because the buyer failed to change credentials after purchase.
- Changes were made to Via (password, email, name, etc.).
- Clone accounts are only guaranteed at the time of purchase and life verification—No warranty for inactivity or use that results in bans.
- BM advc accounts are not covered (creating them results in a ban).
- BM warranty is only valid within 24 hours of receiving the link. If the link is not received after 24 hours, the warranty is void (BM may have expired or the Via account may be disabled).
- Only foreign currency exchange and time zone trips are covered—Vietnamese trips are not included.
- Lost checkpoint email password recovery is not covered.
- Wrong product purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Checkpoint due to login from a banned IP is not covered.
Final Notes:
Please ensure you understand the warranty terms before making a purchase. We do not take responsibility for account losses outside the stated conditions. Customers must take precautions and change credentials immediately upon receiving their accounts.
